California’s clean energy transition presents enormous opportunity- but opportunity alone does not guarantee participation. For communities, property owners, workers, and businesses to fully engage in the green economy, they need clarity, access, experience, and the ability to influence the systems shaping their future.
MREP CA’s Ecosystem of Clean Energy Services was intentionally designed to meet this moment.
Rooted in the four-phase framework of our Urban Sustainability Model, our ecosystem responds to the most pressing questions facing California’s clean energy transition:

Through our collaborative partnerships, community outreach initiatives, and sustainable development projects, we help residents, commercial property owners, students, and workers gain the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to fully engage in California’s clean energy transition.
Each offering within our ecosystem of clean energy services represents a distinct piece of the transition puzzle. On its own, each service provides value. When connected, they form a complete pathway that supports long-term engagement, economic participation, and sustainable outcomes.

The 2nd Annual Urban Renewable Energy Summit (URE Summit) is a FREE, community-focused event dedicated to advancing renewable energy education, advocacy, and equitable access across Los Angeles County.
In celebration of Earth Day 2026, this year’s theme — “Community Power Starts with Energy Efficient Solutions” — highlights how practical energy efficiency strategies and clean energy technologies can strengthen urban neighborhoods, lower costs for families and businesses, and build long-term resilience.
This dynamic gathering brings together residents, small businesses, property owners, workforce leaders, public agencies, and industry experts to explore real solutions and economic opportunities shaping LA County’s clean energy future.
